Cornerstone Senior Services
Lead Contract
Thank you for requesting pre-set appointments and phone leads. Cornerstone Senior Services starts every new agent relationship with an Agreement. This Agreement spells out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
There are some important points we would like to address regarding our services. You must read and agree to the Cornerstone Terms and Conditions including any future amendments (collectively, the “Agreement”) prior to placing your order request:
All orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
REPLACEMENT POLICY
You understand and agree that Cornerstone Senior Services will not replace an appointment for the following reasons:
- The agent calls the prospect prior to the appointment, which can result in prospect changing their mind and cancelling the appointment.
- Prospects that miss the appointment or are not at home at the scheduled time.
- Prospects changed their mind at the door.
- Incorrect Income level of prospect. Cornerstone cannot guarantee the current income level of the prospect.
- No Replacement Policy applies for a "Call Back Lead".
All Leads are based on a recorded telephone conversation where the information Cornerstone receives is verified with the prospect for accuracy. Cornerstone believes it has compiled and developed high value information and appointments. However, the leads are provided on an “as is” basis. Agent agrees and acknowledges that Cornerstone shall not be liable for any loss or injury caused in whole or in part by contingencies beyond our control. Cornerstone is not required to provide details regarding our lead generation service. Each month our leads are scrubbed against the FTC and State Attorney General "Do Not Call" lists (DNC). At the time of purchase, all consumer leads with phone numbers are privacy-compliant per DNC regulations. Over time, people may add themselves to the DNC list, perhaps mid-month, or just after we have performed the monthly DNC verification. It is ultimately the responsibility of the client to remove these names from future calling once notified by the prospect.
Cornerstone will not refund any amounts paid for the leads. In the event a lead is flawed because the person does not live at the address given or the appointment has not been set, then the agent must provide a “A Bad Lead” report within 24 hours of the appointment. Cornerstone will research the claim and if found accurate, we will replace that appointment with another lead. Again, all leads are recorded and we will verify all claims.
Agent Responsibility
Every sales agent involved in the solicitation, selling, or negotiation of insurance must have a state issued license. Insurance sales agents must obtain a license in the states where they plan to work. Separate licenses are required for agents to sell life and health insurance. Cornerstone does not require agent to provide their license information to purchase pre-set appointments or phone leads. Agent is responsible to obtain prior permission/approval (if required) from their carrier(s) and/or insurance agency. Once an Appointment Schedule is approved by the Agent and is in progress for scheduling, Cornerstone cannot suspend the order, place the schedule on hold OR cancel the order.
Cornerstone’s target is to fulfill each agent’s requested amount of appointments per day. However, if the appointments do not pass Cornerstone’s quality control review, the agent could be shorted appointments for the following day. Any appointments that are shorted will be applied to the end of the agent’s current schedule. If we are on the last day of the schedule, then the agent must provide a new requested schedule within 72 hours prior to their last scheduled appointments. After this notification, Cornerstone will schedule the new appointments per the agent’s availability.
For any changes the agent may wish to make to their existing schedules, they must provide Cornerstone with notice of at least three (3) business days for the changes to take effect. If there are appointments already scheduled for the agent, those appointments must be honored by the agent.
If agent responsibilities are not met or market conditions change, Cornerstone reserves the right to not accept any future orders. This agreement does not guarantee specific territories or protected territories. We have the right to suspend available counties from time-to-time to allow markets to rest.
Please Double Check Your Order Before Sending to Cornerstone
It is imperative you double check your requested appointment schedule prior to finalizing your order and making a payment. Please verify if the following is correct prior to submitting your order:
- Type of Appointments
- Schedule
- Territory (city or county)
- Income level
- Special Request

Cornerstone must receive payment for any purchased leads prior to the distribution. Approved forms of payment are through the website which a password must be obtained.
Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, claim, controversy, breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration to take place in Williamson County, Tennessee. The parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules issued by the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final. Allocation of Fees and Costs: A Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. If an “Award” is granted to either party, the Arbitrator may allocate all of the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorney’s fees of the prevailing party.
THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION WHICH MAY BE ENFORCED BY LEGAL ACTION.
In that the agent initiates litigation, rather than abiding by the binding arbitration called for in this Agreement, the agent shall pay any and all attorney’s fees and costs associated with the litigation.
