Prior to entering the insurance field, Mike was a Captain in the Army as an Airborne Ranger. Mike has a distinguished record and an honorable discharge from the army. He earned other designations like, Expert Infantryman’s badge and Air Assault and Pathfinder. Mike is married to his wife Amy for over 23 years and they have two sons. In Mike’s spare time he plays golf with his wife Amy and is training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
Mike Harvey has been in the insurance field for over 16 years helping seniors achieve their financial goals. As a sales producer, he has sold over $2,000,000 in insurance premium. Because of his leadership qualities, he was quickly promoted and moved into management. As a sales manager, Mike has a reputation of building sales forces very quickly and profitably. At Long Term Preferred Care, he took over a struggling sales force and built it from 6 to 21 agents in an 18 month period growing sales from $800,000 to over $2,500,000 in that same time period. Also Mike has a great reputation of training new people coming into the insurance field and helping them achieve success. This has been exhibited by having two rookies of the year and a sophomore of the year agents in past companies. Current licenses include Life and Health, and Series 6, 26, 63 and 65.
